CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa-- Senior Daniel Bonthius (Iowa City) was named the Iowa Conference's men's outdoor track and field top weekly performer on the track, the conference office announced today.

WAVERLY, Iowa-- The Wartburg Track and Field program will host the annual children's meet on Saturday, Oct. 3.

IOWA CITY, Iowa-- Senior Daniel Bonthius (Iowa City) won the 800m run with his time of 1:50.99 Saturday. He nearly broke his own school record of 1:50.77 in the event.

MONMOUTH, Ill.-- The Wartburg men's outdoor track and field team took third at the Monmouth Invite Saturday with 111 points.

DECORAH, Iowa-- The Wartburg men's outdoor track and field team won the annual dual against Luther with 103 points compared to 86 points from the Norse.
